Chuck Norris Fact - This switch controls the sun.

Tuesday, April 11, 2006

“The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I mean, life is tough. It takes up a lot of your time. What do you get at the end of it? A Death! What's that, a bonus? I think the life cycle is all backwards. You should die first, get it out of the way. Then you live in an old age home. You get kicked out when you're too young, you get a gold watch, you go to work. You work forty years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement. You do drugs, alcohol, you party, you get ready for high school. You go to grade school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities, you become a little baby, you go back into the womb, you spend your last nine months floating...

...and you finish off as an orgasm.”

Ok, here's the deal: I'm going to see if I can get some action on the xanga front. And how I'm going to do it is probably going to piss some people off. No offense intended, just thoughts that I've been thinking lately. But before I indulge you with my thoughts...I'm going to give you the chance of a lifetime. The chance to pick my brain. What questions do you have for me? No limits to these...ask away, anything you want. Politics, philosophy, life, sports, music, art, etc. It's all fair game. You ask. I'll let you know what I think later.

this is a privilage...don't blow it. My train wreck of thoughts waiting to be untangled. You should want to untangle it. This is your chance.

that is all.

Bizz.

I stood at the bottom of the stairs and looked up, suddenly the feeling of a Gladiator waiting to enter the Colliseum washed over me. As I walked up the stairs I passed the remnants of previous Academic Soldiers; a periodic table here, crumpled up notebook paper there. The music in my headphones thundered in my ears like thousands of Roman spectators waiting for the games to begin. I reached the top of the stairs, stared at the door to the floor of the arena, knowing full well I was about to do battle with some of the strongest entities I could ever imagine....

....only instead of lions, they were named Aristotle, Socrates, Plato, Sophocles and Seneca. It was time for my Western Civ. Midterm.

And I kicked all their asses. Wooooot!

That is all.
